1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type in: your name, email address, phone number and your message. Please do not put special categories of personal data (such as health information), financial details or identity-document details in your message.

When you visit the site, our server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and your browser type. This is used only to keep the site secure and running.

3. Why we use it, how we collect it and the legal basis

We collect this data electronically, through the contact form and our web server, and use it only for these purposes:

• To read and answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible working relationship with you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
• To keep the website secure and to prevent abuse such as spam and unauthorised access. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is accessed by the people who answer enquiries for rexem. We work with service providers who process data on our behalf: a hosting provider that runs the website and its database, and an email service that delivers contact-form notifications to us. They may use the data only to provide these services.

We do not sell your data. We disclose it to public authorities only when the law requires it. If a service provider processes data outside Turkey or the European Economic Area, we make sure the safeguards required by KVKK Art. 9 and Chapter V of the GDPR are in place.

5. How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after we receive them and are then deleted automatically. We delete them sooner if you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Server logs are kept only for the limited period needed for security.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools, and it loads its fonts and scripts from its own server rather than from third parties.

Links to other services (for example WhatsApp or social networks) take you to sites run by others, which have their own privacy policies. If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and, where it applies, GDPR Arts. 15 to 22, you can:

• find out whether we process your data and ask for information about it;
• ask for a copy of your data;
• ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete or anonymise your data;
• ask us to restrict the processing, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• ask for your data in a portable format (GDPR);
• ask that corrections and deletions are passed on to those we shared your data with;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.

To use these rights, email us at fevzibozkurt.eee@gmail.com. We reply as soon as possible and within 30 days at most. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
